REGISTRATION

All fees for Meeting registration should be paid in USD dollars ($) in advance to the 2021 IASLC CT Screening Symposium Secretariat. Payments are accepted by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Detailed information will be provided during the registration process.

Registration cancellations received via email at the 2021 IASLC CT Screening Symposium Secretariat’s address on or before April 23, 2021 (23:59 PST) will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 20.00 administrative fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received after April 23, 2021 (23:59 PST) will not be refunded. However, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegate's information. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Symposium.

Donations to the ILCF Foundation are non-refundable and are tax-deductible in the US. Donors consent to having their names and donation amounts featured in ILCF materials, including, but not limited to, donor walls, broadcast "thank you" messages, and annual report donor listing.
